You do not have to retype them. Go to Horses, tap the plus and choose From a file. Save your list as CSV and pick it. You see what is coming in and what is being skipped before anything is added. Only a name column is required; owner, stall, breed, sex, date of birth and notes are recognised if they are there.

Go to More, Members and access, and create an invitation. You get a code to pass on. The yard code you pass on separately, by word of mouth for instance; it is deliberately not in the invitation, because otherwise anyone intercepting it could read everything. An invitation works once.

Yes. You can carry on working and ticking things off. As soon as there is a connection again the changes are exchanged. Two people editing at once does not lose anything.

You have thirty days to try everything. After that you can keep viewing and updating the horses you have, but not add new ones until you pick a plan. Nothing disappears.

Go to More, Subscription and tap Restore at the top right. The app then asks your Apple account again. If you are signed in with a different Apple account than the one you bought with, it will not find it.

In your Apple account settings, under Subscriptions. That goes through Apple, so we cannot do it for you. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Go to More, Take your data. That writes your whole yard to a file. The file can be read back in, so nothing is locked in.

Install the app on the new device and let it join with an invitation from your old one. It then pulls in the yard. If you no longer have the old device, use the file from Take your data.
