Worming, vaccinations, farrier and vet. You hear about it in time, including the milestones of a pregnancy.

You draw up an invoice per client. The app works out the VAT, adds up the total, numbers them in sequence per year and turns it into a PDF to send.

Your records stay yours
Most yard software puts your records on the supplier's server. Steedshire does not. They stay on your yard's devices. If you work across several phones, the changes travel encrypted over our relay, and that relay cannot read them: names of horses, owners and appointments are not legible there.
You can take everything with you at any time. One button writes your whole yard to a file you can read back in elsewhere. No export request, no waiting.

Every plan does everything. The only difference is how many horses fit. Three months free, and you choose after that.

Amounts are in euros and include Dutch VAT; the App Store charges you in your own currency and shows that amount before you buy. Paying yearly works out cheaper than paying monthly, and the app shows you exactly how much you save on your own plan. You cancel it yourself in your Apple account, with no notice period.
What people ask first
Do I have to retype my horses?
No. If your yard is in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, save it as CSV and pick the file in the app. You see what is coming in and what is being skipped before anything is added.
Does it work without a signal in the yard?
Yes. You can carry on working and ticking things off. As soon as there is a connection again the changes are exchanged. If two people work on different horses, both keep their work. If they edit the same horse at the same time, the last change is the one that stays.
Can you read my records?
No. What travels over our relay is encrypted with a key that exists only on your devices. We store the packets and pass them on, but cannot open them.
What happens after the trial?
You have three months to try everything, with no payment details. That is deliberately generous: worming and the farrier come round every six to eight weeks, and only once the app has warned you in time do you know what you are paying for. After that everything you already have keeps working: viewing, updating, ticking off and exporting. What stops is creating anything new, until you pick a plan. Nothing disappears.
What if I stop?
You take everything with you. One button writes your whole yard to a file that can be read back in elsewhere. Nothing is locked in.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad, from the App Store. There is nothing for Android yet.
